Return Policy

Free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with tags attached.

How to Return

1. Log into your account and initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.
2. Print the prepaid return label provided.
3. Pack the item securely with all tags attached.
4. Drop off the package at any carrier location.
5. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Intimate apparel and swimwear must have sanitary liner intact.
• Sale items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges within 30 days. Initiate an exchange through your account and we will ship the new size at no additional cost.
